Grate laptop
I bought the MSI Stealth GS66, 15.6” gaming laptop boasting a 240Hz display and powered by an RTX 3070Ti, on Amazon. On top of that, I also have a Razer Blade Professional with a larger 17" screen and an RTX 2080 Super. I can confidently say that the performance of the RTX 3070Ti rivals that of the 2080 Super.

MSI GS66 Stealth Review
The MSI GS66 Stealth delivered impressive performance while it lasted. Used sparingly, about once a month, this laptop initially impressed with its robust benchmarks and PCIe Gen 4x4 support on one of the M.2 2280 slots. Despite being priced competitively with high-end brands like Alienware, Asus, and Legion, the quality of the components fell short.Unfortunately, the laptop's mainboard failed just three months after the warranty expired, leading to significant dissatisfaction. Customer service offered little help, presenting a nearly $1000 repair invoice rather than honoring any extended support. This experience highlights concerns about the longevity and reliability of MSI's parts, as well as the poor customer service.Ultimately, investing in an MSI GS66 Stealth may not be worthwhile due to its questionable durability and the company's lack of post-warranty support. There are better options at similar price points from more established brands.Do not purchase MSI, its garbage quality components stuffed into Notebook cases. Lasta 1 year and they are done, with a $1000 fix from MSI. Money pit, trash and a Joke of a company until they do Reputation Management fixes, which is so crucial for a brand that is trying to come up in the ranks and pricing. STAY AWAY!

Did not include a charger and very few other brand USB-C chargers work.

Worst Laptop Ever
For the record, I have been good about cleaning out the dust in this laptop every 6 months because it was important to me as a student. This laptop, has had constant issues from virtually day 1, the keyboard, stopped working within the first six months, there were no spills or incidents, in fact I used a connected keyboard and monitor most of the time. It was constantly hot and overheating and the internal msi settings for the fan essentially don't work at all. After 2 years of regular usage the battery completely stopped working and I was told at several repair stores that they would not fix the keyboard because it was MELTED in with plastic rivets. This is a poorly designed piece of garbage and I think the purchase I think I regret most in my life, will never buy another MSI production my life.

Good Laptop
I’ve had this for about six months now and I play so many large games on this thing. Baldur’s Gate 3 and Marvel Rivals runs well on this. I also use it for video and audio editing with the Adobe products…pair it with some Sony MDR’s and it definitely gets the job done. The RGB keyboard is fully color customizable which I appreciate, I switch between a few Wallpaper Engine animated backgrounds a lot and I like to match them. I will say it does get hot after a while but that’s to be expected from a gaming laptop. If that’s an issue for you, you could probably install a 1TB SSD with a heat sink (plus you’ll get a bit more storage) f you’re in the market for a gaming laptop, I definitely recommend MSI.
