Adequate protection and proper fit, but bad stitching. Hence 4 star
It does have very good padding. You don't feel any impact on your bone, wearing it, and the sharp impact of bone against bone is avoided while sparring, when you hit your opponent wearing it.However just two sessions of sparring and one of the guard is having its stitches coming out. So, i can not give it a 5 star. Except for that bit, it is a very good one, even better than the USI ones.

Provides great protection
A good shin pads for protection. They fit perfectly and are comfortable. Definitely recommended for kick boxing, MMA, Muay Thai.
