I really expected these to be better for the amount of money they cost. The first set I was sent broke within 24 hours. I was sent a replacement and they seem to work better. Do I think they’re worth almost $50? No.There was basically no packaging. They came in the little pouch, displayed on Amazon and nothing more than a plastic bag. For the amount of money spent, I feel like they should have AT LEAST come in a small box with better instructions. Even $20 earbuds come with a small box and basic instructions. I’m glad I didn’t jam out $140 on the delux set this company offers.UPDATE: The second set is no better. They also broke within 24 hours of me owning them. The sticks don’t turn on the way they should (according to the very basic instructions given) and the straps break very quickly. I got to ACTUALLY USE THEM for about ten minutes total. Definitely not worth $45-$50!PS: Ultrapoi reached out to me via phone to resolve the issue of the lanyards breaking. They have made the issue right! They get 5 ⭐️ for great customer service!

These suited my purpose and I really liked them at first but they didn't last long. Admittedly, I am hard on these. Use them for ends on a custom baton and have definitely dropped it hard a couple times, but I've noticed that there seems to be a weakness in the electrical where the button cover attaches. I'm not an electronics expert, but my partner studied electrical engineering in college, so I used his stuff to take it apart when they broke and poke around. I was able to put one that broke off inside and was rattling around back on and it worked for a while, but soon died. I thought, "ok, I really busted that one" so I ordered a replacement. But that replacement hasn't even arrived and the other one I have also spontaneously died. I opened it up too and the button housing was also falling off. Now both of them will light up when plugged in, but neither will hold a charge and run when unplugged. I'm a bit annoyed and I don't want to order a 4th one. If my partner can't fix one of these at home, I will probably return the one I'm waiting on and look for a different brand. What's the point if it's just going to fall apart again? I can see why other reviews say they break at the slightest collision.

The media could not be loaded. These are the only poi that I've found that have glowstick weight, size, shape, and feel (the plastic quality is just a little soft -- similar enough to glowsticks -- instead of hard plastic items that will make your nose bleed if you swing em wrong) They're actually lighter than glowsticks, which I wasn't sure if I'd "be able to cope with" at first, but learned to love. They're safer this way too, if someone walks by and you smash em in the face there's less damage with less weight + they're way softer than other plastic stick-shaped poi that I own. Running out of battery isn't an issue. Maybe a little brighter would be perfect but in no way am I complaining. The vid I uploaded maybe makes them look dimmer than they really are (the window wasn't totally blocked out and it was in the middle of a super sunny day). Brightness is decent, I'm just a perfectionist. Ive knocked them against each other and against some solid things a bunch of times and they aren't broken yet so that's awesome.

The items are good but one of them losses charge in like 5 minutes 😕 very disappointing. If they replace them it's a definite 5 star but until....

The electronics don't actually do what the instructions say they are supposed to do. That makes color and pattern selection challenging, not quick and easy like it should be. Otherwise, very good quality and durability.

Works great and best part is that this item is rechargeable. No more disposable glow sticks walking the dog buy one is all you need

These are great. Seem very durable and can smack against each other and not be fazed. Even though they are light weight they pack a punch if they hit you. Hold charge very long and recharge is very simple and fast with the Usb charger. Am very satisfied with my purchase and will be buying more to make handles.
