I feel like Resveratrol gives you more energy while it and seems to do the opposite. The combination of two clashes. Otherwise it is easy to swallow due to its size and it seems to be somewhat effective. It is very easy to use and I think it's worth the money.

Trying for the first time, product seems to work well and the price was very good.

Hard to say if there is much benefit (like most supplements), but apigenin has been researched well. I didn't know about the additive effect of resveratrol, but it's a good antioxidant to take also.

I wound up in the ER after taking the sleep cocktail which includes Aligenin. The pharmacist couldn't find any information on the main ingredient! The second ingredient is for oral inflammation - NOT sleep. And you can't get your money back!
