After 3-4 months of usageThis knee support is okayish grip fit. It slips the position if we have more sweat , ideal for not much movement task.More sweat causes bad odour as well.The velgrow strength also reduces after usage for quite some weeks.The nivia symbol also gets ripped after somedays.If for gym better go for some other ones.
