This creatine is great for flavour, texture for me is not grainy, the shaker is great, dissolves easily, and Applied Nutrition tends to have great quality products.

Been using for 2 weeks now and feel the difference

First off the shaker, either throw it away or use it as a cup for water as the lid leaks round the edges and the part that actually is supposed to close on top of the shaker actually pops of when you shake the bottle.The actual creatine itself tastes pretty good, Does what it says on the tub, there is cheaper creatines out there but in short it delays lactic acid which can help with muscular endurance and strength. disclaimer this isn’t advice but I was told by a nutritionist you don’t need load on creatine or come off it as it isMade up for 3 amino acids and if you weight less than 16 stone you just need 5 grams a day if you’re above 16 stone you can take upto 10 grams a day.

This is the first creatine that I have used in several years and I was surprised by how drinkable it is. The solution dissolves well and I actually use 750 ml of water to enjoy it as a morning drink. I'll be ordering again.
