This is a wonderful bar garnish. Just don't expect to really eat these, as they get kinda tough and have a bit of a sharpness to them. I wouldnt be eating them like chips, but they are pretty dang good to add to drinks or those weird fruit waters you see at salons. Very good flavor for what you get as a dried fruit.

My mom used to make me dehydrated apple and similar when I was a kid, so I have fond memories of such food. Perhaps this has carried into my love of leathery-textured foods and my habit of putting gummies in the fridge. As such, I do quite like these guys. They have the pineapple taste you know and love, albeit less juicy (a plus in my book), and with the addition of that touch substantive chew. Great for a snack! Or I guess you could bake with them or something, that's beyond my interest.

These dehydrated pineapple slices arrived quickly and in good condition. The pineapple rounds are thin, but are nice to snack on. They are not too tart or too sweet - just right! They are a pefect snack for me.

I ended up loving these pineapple slices. They are very tough and chewy at first, but they begin to hydrate and sort of melt in your mouth. When they do you get a very potent hit of pineapple, that is concentrated and tastes wonderful. I could see these being used as decoration in desserts, or in cocktails as suggested. I personally am going to put some in sangria and see if they soak up the flavors as they hydrate, or give a little bit of that pineapple flavor to the sangria. I love these are just pineapple and nothing else including sugar or preservatives. I also like that you get two bags, but honestly there isn't a ton in each bag. This is also why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, I felt for 15$ dollars (day of review) the price was just a touch high. But easily can recommend based on being free of additional ingredients and tasting really good.

These have a good flavor to them, very thin slices and are a bit chewy. The listed ingredients on the bag is just pineapple.They have a little bit of a jerky consistency to them. Kind of a tough, chewy but still with a distinct pineapple flavor. I was eating them for a snack. Cutting them up for a salad is also a good idea. I don't make any fancy cocktails, but I can see these being used as a garnish.

These are a yummy anytime snack. I have had dried pineapple in the past but this is the first time I have gotten them with the core intact. I thought it would be tough, but it was good. I was able to chew the crore easily. I also have seen the videos of dried pineapple flowers. You can use these to make your own. Just soak them in cranberry juice to give them some extra color. Then bake them in a small muffin tin to form and draw out excess moisture. Then use them to decorate and eat.
