It is wrongly mentioned. Product comes with just one month old mfr date. But quality of these are poor comparison to 32 nos. Package

Yes, there is a double sided adhesive tape on the back side. Roll the used daiper starting from front side, pull the adhesive tape and secure the roll by sticking the tape.
