Disappointing Performance and Poor After-Sales Service
I purchased this ceiling fan a year ago, and its performance has been below average. Recently, it stopped functioning entirely. Despite the advertised 5-year warranty, my experience with customer service was frustrating. I contacted customer care, and they provided a Google Form for complaint registration, which was malfunctioning. After multiple phone calls and emails, I requested details of their authorized service center in Hyderabad. To my surprise, they informed me that their only service center is in Delhi, and I would need to ship the fan at my own expense. It’s astonishing that a brand lacks a service center in a major city like Hyderabad—imagine the inconvenience for customers in rural areas. Amazon should clearly mention in the product details that the only service center is in Delhi. I suspect this product might be a rebranded Chinese item, as its quality and service support are subpar.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using Activa Electical products for couple of years. High value for money., comparable to best brands.Fan look is superb featuring remote controlled night light, speed and can be reversed during winter.
