Q: How do I get a new set of keys? Movers lost ours and it is locked.

Try to track down the company that sells it and ask for a set. Or ask someone if they would be so kind as to send you one of their keys since it came with two.

Q: How many slots for stud earrings and how many slots for dangle earrings?

There are no slots for studs, only for dangle earrings. I put my studs in the drawer at the bottom.

Q: Is there a way to get this to stay shut if you can’t find the key?

The magnetic closure works if the door does not warp. The one I received was too warped to allow it to catch onto the magnets so my wife needs to push it in and lock it with the key to keep it closed.
