I’ve tried 3 other numbing creams, mostly made with lidocaine, and they have not worked for me. I get weekly injections, the one with long needles, in the lower abdomen. It is quite painful when the solution is being injected slowly in the muscle, so I was looking for something that would numb the area not just on the top layer of the skin but deeper. This product is very effective for this purpose. I put a thick layer of it 2 hours before the procedure and use a large clear plastic bandage, which I also purchased from Amazon, and works really well., to cover the area. I don’t feel the initial puncture at all. I do feel the medicine when it is deeper in the muscle but not as painful as if I didn’t use anything at all. I will continue to use this. Most errective numbing cream.

This numbing cream changed my life. I have been in the process of removing a tattoo that I absolutely hated. The treatments are so painful, so much worse than getting a tattoo. Anyway this numbing cream works wonders and makes the process more bareaable. Apply to the area at least an hour before treatment and cover with saran wrap. Apply liberally. After the hour I wipe it off and Apply it again for another 30 min to an hour. Give it a try! Yiu won't regret it!

This numbing cream works very well but it did make my skin red. This photo is about 20 minutes after I wiped it off. I was doing a patch test to see how well the product worked and to make sure I didn't have any reaction.If you choose to use this make sure you test it on your skin first and make sure your artist is okay with you using it because it will show.

I covered most of the area I was getting tattooed with this, and could definitely tell where I’d missed spots! The areas I put the cream on were completely numb; the areas I missed were super painful. In the picture the numb spots aren’t even red. The areas I missed are bright red.This cream will be my go to from here on out!FYI be sure to talk to your tattoo artist before using numbing cream. It alters the texture of your skin, making it feel rubbery… and there’s a chance you skin could not take the color as well. Some artists won’t tattoo you if you didn’t tell them beforehand.

The plus side is the cream works within minutes and lasts for several hours. At night time it really minimizes the searing pain and burning from neuropathy. It’s even more effective than other brands I’ve tried.The downside is the consistency is very off putting. It’s an odd tan color and it leaves a very sticky residue. Even if you keep rubbing it doesn’t dissolve. I’ll use the remainder of the tube because it does work but I’ll probably try yet another brand to find the perfect one. My search continues.

I was skeptical at first but Im a believer. I will not ever get another tattoo without it. The problem is now I’m going to want more because there’s no pain tj go along with it. I’ve had several the OG way and now 1 with the cream. Why not enjoy the whole process not just the final outcome? I’ve done recommended it to the tattoo shop I got my tattoo from.
