I cut through my hedge trimmer power cable through a brief lapse of attention :-(This connector pair was an ideal fix (since pulling the whole hedge trimmer apart is inadvisable). I find the joint to be robust (in direct contradiction to an earlier reviewer). I use the connection as a semi-permanent joint in the sense that it is never unplugged. Perhaps the previous reviewer was continually unplugging and reconnecting it? Or maybe they got a duff pair, who knows.Good value, good quality and fast delivery.

Does the job but separates easily. Needs to have some type of click lock.

Easy to install and assemble, perfect for the purpose intended

Works as you would expect, which for me was to fix my hedge trimmer. The only negative thing is that it does pull apart very easily, too easy for me.Any slight amount of tension means the couplers pull apart and you need to re connect, which can be annoying when on a ladder using a hedge trimmer.

Decent quality an essential for electrical gardening tools

It may be good practice to mark both parts of this item to ensure it is connected right. Only one side of both parts has the screw visible, so if you connect it with both screws on the same side it will be right.

Not the best quality but it works. Make sure you put the connectors on the right wires, folks!
