This is a great recurve bow. It is not a compound bow, it does not have cams or a place without tension when drawing. I am a beginner who knows very little about archery but this bow is fun and easy to be accurate with. Get some extra target arrows but do not get the cheapest! This bow is similar to the bow used on the TV show Arrow but is not the same one or brand just a heads up.

shipment was a bit delayed on shipping out, but delivered in time.Package was not well packed, my bow has a damage on one cable roller. fortunately not affecting the function of the bow and the seller was willing to make some compensation.However, I later also found the lower limb was torqued to right in some degree , not on correct flat position............felt not really worth the money I paid for.Serving on the string has defect and seller denied that part.Other than these issues, quite poor quality control and inspection and packaging, I will still say this bow is affordable and worth for trying out for anyone who are into lever action bow.

Smooth draw add string silencers and felt backing where string touches the limbs it's very quiet and fast

This is a beautiful bow and extremely fun to shoot once properly tuned this being the second bow I owned I don't have a alot of room w speak about experience wise but even after not being able to shoot a bow for a bit mad me rusty but as I started shooting the target everything came back to me and I saw improvement. And the fact It looks similar to the bow used in the second season of arrow the show that ignited my passion for archery made me love it more

The media could not be loaded. I have a number of bows… recurve, compound…. I wanted to try the lever action type bow. There isn’t a let-off on this bow. So, not sure why that’s stated. But, you get good tension at any draw point very similar to the Genesis bows. I set mine up with a 4 pin sight and use a thumb release. It’s accurate with a number of arrows. Now sure if it’ll be anything but a range toy. But I’m going to take it out on a 3D walk just for kicks. Great bow for having fun with archery.

Seems like descent quality but doesn’t include any instructions. Draw does not have a let off like it is supposed to. Draw weight adjustment screws won’t budge.

I transitioned from a recurve, to this how, after 15 year hiatus. Some parts in the kit were not meant for the bow (arrow rest) and add flaw. I personally removed the sight and the barrier band (excess material to help in sighting, it caused blowbacks and almost backfired because my extension is longer than expected. Once I removed, best thing ever in my life. Great training now for those not wanting the effortlessness of a compound. Lever action is the best!
