I originally found this product several years ago in British ColumbiaIt's a different (but great) taste from the other two popular steak sauces and I love it on pork chops

I have been a long time fan of HP Sauce.Best sauce for any meal.The bottle I received today was produced in 2021,and expires next month. Not the fault of AMZNor HP - but the Distributor. Not returnable.Next time I'll buy locally so I can check the exp date.

Classic British 'brown sauce'
Great stuff. Often used instead of tomato sauce (ketchup) - this is NOT the same as A1 steak sauce which only shares the colour & bottle shape (very different ingredients)

Not original recipe. 01-09-2023 (DD-MM-YYYY) expiration
The "real" recipe has malt as the first ingredient.This has Tomato. It's getting harder and harder to get the Malt version.So it's not "The ORIGINAL HP Sauce" as it says on the label.The taste isn't hugely different but it's not as malt flavored as it should.It's made in The Netherlands with hpsauce.co.uk as the market it's selling in.This version\recipe of the bottle can be identified by the red scaffolding on Big Ben.Barcode covered with a sticker is 5 000111 001007
