Stopped working after 10 days
I recently purchased a Voltas AC unit, and my overall experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment of purchase to the ongoing service, Voltas has proved to be a company that fails to meet even the most basic expectations. Allow me to elaborate on my experience, highlighting the various aspects that contributed to this abysmal encounter.Firstly, the product itself is far from satisfactory. The Voltas AC I purchased exhibited numerous issues right from the start. The cooling efficiency was extremely poor, and despite adjusting the temperature settings, it failed to create a comfortable indoor environment. The airflow was weak, making it ineffective in larger rooms. Additionally, the AC emitted a strange, unpleasant odor whenever it was running, indicating a potential problem with the unit's cleanliness or ventilation system. These issues not only hindered the AC's performance but also led to significant discomfort and inconvenience for me and my family.When it comes to customer service, Voltas proved to be utterly disappointing. Upon reporting the problems with the AC, I was met with a lengthy and frustrating process just to schedule a service appointment. The customer support team was unresponsive and lacked any sense of urgency or empathy. It took days of follow-up calls and emails before a technician was finally dispatched to address the issues. Even then, the technician arrived several hours late, causing further inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine.To my dismay, the service provided by the Voltas technician was subpar. Not only was the technician ill-prepared, but they also lacked the necessary expertise to diagnose and resolve the problems with the AC. Their attempts at troubleshooting were ineffective, and they seemed disinterested in finding a solution. As a result, I was left with an unresolved and malfunctioning AC unit, despite paying a premium price for a supposedly reputable brand.Moreover, the warranty offered by Voltas turned out to be nothing more than an empty promise. Despite the AC being well within the warranty period, the company refused to take responsibility for the faulty product and insisted on charging exorbitant fees for repairs. This blatant disregard for their own warranty terms left me feeling cheated and betrayed as a customer.In conclusion, my experience with Voltas AC has been an absolute nightmare. The product failed to deliver on its basic functionality, and the company's customer service was unresponsive, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The lack of accountability and willingness to address the issues adequately showcases a severe lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of Voltas AC units, as they offer nothing but a frustrating and regrettable

Look & design is good, design vise very sophisticated. we received the item in good condition from outside but after installation found that AC could not run due to F9 fault because of out door unit DC motor problem. Checked and found motor back cover as well as it's bush came out from body and fallen down. Fixed it properly and resume the problem.

Cooling system is very impressive,budget wise for 1.5 tons in a very reasonable price.
Product wise is quite impressive but Installation is very expensive I paid a hefty amount 4500rs for installation we have no choice just to reply on company technician. As I spoke to my Near by AC shop they told 2000rs for same.

Better not to buy online
The product is fine, but the buying experience is very bad. Better to go to a nearby electronic store and buy such products. Firstly, had to wait for 7 days. Opted for an exchange, so I had to get the old AC uninstalled at an additional cost. Secondly when the new ac was delivered, the pick up of old product was with so many hidden conditions which were not mentioned such as the delivery guy insisted on original copper tubing and said that it was the main item. Finally ended up paying the difference to the delivery guys upi. Installation was done but the quality was very poor. Was overcharged for stand, additional 2 mtr of cable and insulation. I had to pay 750 for stand 400 each for cable and insulation. No leakage test was done. If i were to add up all the charges, I paid nearly 8000 from the originally indicated amount.I HOPE THE OTHER ONLINE BUYERS DON’T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS ORDEAL.

Such a waste product and ruthless service from the company
After installation on24 February 2024.....the product work 2 months smoothly...after that... cooling off...when contacted(may 2024) to customer care...they didn't provide service....After raised a file(in july 2024) against Voltas in Consumer court then...then they provide service....after then...Winter season started....now again start in Summer season(march 2025)...it is not working...such a waste product and ruthless service from the company.

Cooling is good but service man are very bad. Charging too much
I'm satisfy with the AC but installation team or service man charged extra then mention in terms.Also they charge what ever for the Outdoor unite stand. For 250/- market value item they charged 750/- (500/- for stand and 250 for fixing it.) Very bad.
