Inexpensive replacement
Found mold in the original case for my 100 year old flute. This one seems well made, is light and easy to use, looks nice. Flute and cleaning rod fit snugly.

beautiful case!
I had trouble at first getting my Gemeinhardt flute's body joint in the case, but my husband noticed the velvety insides had padded give and did get this longest part inside just fine. There is also a space for the cleaning rod, which many cases seem to lack. For under $20, this is an amazing bargain! Not sure how it would hold up to a child's use, but for me it's great.
