Good quality, amazing product, everyone buy this!!! I read it was good for detoxing and about a thousand other things, so when I quit smoking and got really bad acne I gave it a go. I am completely in love with this stuff and cannot sing it's praises enough. I look like I did when I was a teenager. Seriously, I'm 35 and smoked from the age of 26 but in my early 20's my lips had already lost their fullness - I wish I could describe them before I started taking this, they were shrunken so that there was a line around them before there was any plumpness, after 2 weeks I noticed them perk up, after 1 month of this stuff and my lips had pumped up to full all the way around the lip-line, the skin around my eyes is plumper so I look like I did when I was a teenager. It's brightened my skin. And my eye colour. Seriously. I love this stuff! My hair is growing really fast and it's in such good condition, it got rid of my acne, my breasts are larger and perkier, the skin all over my body is just younger feeling and looking. Just amazing. Honestly.I don't think we should care too much about physical appearances but if it shows on the surface I think it's healed the damage I did to my body from smoking internally too :) I also read it helps decalcify the pineal. It does so much.I started off with half a teaspoon of MSM taken daily with the same amount of Vitamin C dissolved in fruit juice because it tastes yuck (check out L-Ascorbic Acid, it's pharmaceutical grade Vit C and comes in granular form too, both should be taken together for best results though some people leave out the Vit C if it upsets their bellies and say it works fine alone). I then went on to 1 teaspoon of each daily after two weeks, and then two weeks after that I moved up to 1 teaspoon of each, twice a day, where I am sticking. I could have stayed at 1 teaspoon a day but I saw the results and got too excited!It's important to increase the dosage gradually and you should gauge your bodies reaction to it yourself before stepping it up. Drink lots of water for each increase.Now the bad bits:I did experience mild headaches at first but this was ok if I drank a lot of water. It's like you get dehydrated faster at first but it goes away once your body gets used to it. Now I'm as bad at hydrating as I was before I took it and have no headaches. It is detoxing so expect detox symptoms at first. Stick it out, it's worth it, and you're getting healthy. As I was already experiencing detox symptoms I guess it didn't matter to me, but others have been put off.Don't stop and start it, ride it out, you won't look back and if you do you won't care.Some people have said their period was affected - I would say that it was fixing something around this and it's not a bad thing, they should probably have ridden it out, but if in doubt, see a GP I guess. I just stopped by to get my second kilo bag, I feel sorry for people who didn't stick it out (they always come across a bit bitter about it!)

Good product.. Use this to help build strong bones nails hair etc.. useful for me controlling and managing my arthritic joints

I've been ordering this for years and it came burst and I cant return it.

Its early days I guess as I have only been taking this for about 5 days and it takes a while to find your level as you need to increase it gradually but I have to say it has eliminated the pain I had from Osteoarthritis in my knee completely, and tI was told I needed an operation, thus I have stopped taking Ibuprofen completely. There are other things it helps like allergies etc but as I said it's early days yet, but the product clearly works.6 months on: It has now cured my sinusitis and hay fever completely after finding the correct level (5 grams twice a day) and also helped the pain considerably that I used to get from osteoarthritis in my knee. It also makes my nails grow very fast and seems to thicken my hair. This product works well without doubt as I have had nasal problems for 50 years up to now so MSM has given me a new lease of life! But I would suggest trying it for 6 months and read one of the many books on it as it is so cheap and has so many benefits. Natures Roots - 11/10

I live in the UK, I have reviewed this product earlier last year! However, It is never too time consuming, to take the time in completing another !When I was recommended this product by my friend nearly 2yrs ago, nothing in my thoughts about this product, and the company itself has changed ! This is a first class food supplement ? With many benefits ! I used to be racked with crippling arthritic pains, I am not totally void of these ! But to a much lesser, and more manageable degree ! The only common denominator in this factor is MSM. Thank you for this, believe it to be a contributing and helping factor in our health climate of the present moment.

I like everything about it, I have stated that it has a "slightly bitter taste" but I do not find it bitter, some people may do. This is my second purchase and it has helped my painful knees as well as I find that my nails and hair have improved as well.2
