I used these to secure my 68 lb dehumidifier to the floor joists in my crawl space. Worked great and saved me at least $60 to $70 over buying the kits designed for this purpose. Just got a 3 foot piece of slotted aluminum at local hardware store for $18 and cut it in half and then cut between two slots on each end so feet would line up with the holes. You don't get any mechanical advantage when pulling down on the straps so it helps to lift whatever you are raising while pulling down if it is very heavy. I raised each end 3-4 inches alternating back and forth until I hit my desired height and then used a digital level and adjusted each corner one click at a time until I was level both ways.I will say that they looked kind of small compared to what I expected, but they did the job and did not disappoint!

Soon as I got them I was able to use them to pull wires and hydraulic hoses out of the way.

Used them to secure the bottom of my pickleball court net. They work great.

If you have a grow tent and are tired of dealing with the straps for your filter and light, these will change your life! LOL.
