I was a bit worried about buying a phone off of Amazon that was refurbished, but this one is in excellent condition! It came early and not a single scratch or nick. The battery seems to work great and there are no problems with the actual phone. If you’re thinking about getting a refurbished phone online, then I would 100% recommend it! (Make sure to do your research first)Edit: I’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and I have no complaints! Works amazing!

phone is good it just had scratches on the camera so pictures look fuzzy when you take them it was described as excellent refund was prompt so i cant complain.

Our refurbished phone worked for a few months but then starting turning on and off randomly. We took it to Apple and they said it was hardware issue that couldn’t be fixed and we needed to buy a new phone. So ~$600 for 3 good months—not great.

It’s like BRAND NEW even though it’s refurbished. Everything works fine and there isn’t a scratch or a dent on the phone anywhere. Super happy with my purchase and even more so because I SAVED SO MUCH MONEY over buying new.

placed my order april 8th & just got my phone in today , it was definitely worth the wait though . this phone is basically brand new ! the condition stated it was in great condition when in fact it was new haha . love my iphone & was in need of a newer one since i had the XS Max , don’t laugh at me . Came with everything that was stated it would come with ! will definitely be continuing to buy from this tech store through here & definitely will recommend to friends & family .

The phone itself seems okay, but all edges have some scratches. The phone was said to be in excellent condition. Excellent means that there should be scratches, if there are, then it should be considered in “good” condition.

I love my phone. It came in great shape, good charge, and works fast. I love the battery life- i’ve had it unplugged since 7 am yesterday and it’s now 2 pm the following day and i’m finally running on my last 10%. Of course i haven’t been on it constantly so that helps too. There are a few things about the camera i noticed - it has a hard time focusing on closer photos. and the front camera has a hard time focusing also unless you’re in direct light. Otherwise nothing wrong with the phone
