Not good design
Bad design, cheaply made. Theres a bar that your crotch basically smashed against, if the person is around 6' they will have to be hunched up to fit. And if the middle cushion is loose at all it will slide down that middle bar and try to guillotine a mans private parts.All in all- this design could use some work

Disaster products, very poor quality
This chair massage is so uncomfortable, and dangerous, doesn't support efficient, the return costs was higher that the product, never buy products to this business anymore. I lose my money.

Didn’t work
Cheaply made and seller does not pay return shipping which was more that the chair itself. Now I’m stuck with a piece of junk.

Great chair at a great value!
This chair is just what I had hoped for when I ordered it. My old massage chair from Massage Warehouse cost twice the money and wasn't any better constructed. This is a great sturdy chair for the cost. Very satisfied! I definitely recommend this item!
