Missleading picture
The product is great but the picture is missleading i ordered it thinking from the picture it was black , When i recieved the order it was white

You get what you pay for.
This is supposed to feel & function like a gooseneck kettle, it does OK.What I have a complaint about is:1) Boiling time is too long (compared to a simple kettle)2) The spout isn't very good; pouring from such kettles should give a smooth flow, but this one sometimes gives a violent flow with ripples, Which isn't very good with pour over as it disturbs the bed of coffee so much.3) The cover can be irritating to remove sometimes; especially when the kettle is hot and your fingers can touch the metal parts while grabbing the wooden knob on top.
