Disappointed all around
Didnt turn on,couldn't geta returnany sort of replythat simple.Wish It worked cause it may have been the solution I was looking for on a project.ordered this trying to fullfill a deadline on a project build.I bought a handful of other ade dots plus another one of these as soon as this 1 was delivered and I determined it aint working. Its too bad the mfg. would not acknowledge my many attempts to tell them I got a bad one.I gave the second one I ordered away to a friend cause it was dim.Too dim, to the point that I assume most are brighter.Despite my effort to utilize this on a plinker project. It only worked w/ low light and not at all in any kind of normal daytime sun.Night use was good

A decent red dot sight at a decent price
I got the ADE 2023 RD3-015-PRO Zantitium PRO Series Motion Activated Red Dot Sight for my Glock 17, and it fits like a glove! It utilizes the Doctor Footprint so make sure that you get the right sight for your firearm. I wasn't very familiar with the ADE brand, but I can say that it is a quality-built product and I have picked up a few more of their models for various firearms including my Glock 43MOS. The ADE 2023 RD3-015-PRO Zantitium PRO Series is the largest handgun sight on the market and may look bulky on smaller, compact firearms. As mentioned, the materials that are used are good, quality materials and I would say they are a good, solid midrange sight, not something I would necessarily use for competition, but it is one that I use on my range and daily carry. As stated, "additional features that the PRO series includes are Motion Activated System, IP67 Waterproof, and Multi Reticle Technology". I really like the motion activated system; it will go to sleep after you turn it on to conserve power and the multi reticle system means it can be switched between a 32 MOA circle with 2 MOA dot, a 2 MOA dot only, or a 32 MOA ring only at the push of a buttonOverall, the sight is a great sight with clear optics, a multi reticle dot, decent battery life and fits my Glock 17 very well. Even though the sight is made overseas, it is designed in Oregon, USA and the support is US based as well. I can and do recommend the ADE 2023 RD3-015-PRO Zantitium PRO Series Motion Activated Red Dot Sight.

Good performance and price
This thing works really well especially considering the price. The glass and the red dot are clear. Buttons are very small and difficult to press but it has shake awake and auto sleep which works flawlessly. You just pick up your gun and it’s ready to go. This does have auxiliary locking screws which I’ve never encountered before but I’m not able reach the screws when I try to mount this on a slide. I’m not sure what’s going on there.Considering the size of this thing I think it’s more suited to be used on a Picatinny rail which you can do because it includes the adapter in the box. Mounted it on a 22 caliber target pistol and it performed excellent;y. This extra glass allowed me to react a little bit faster and get a jump on target acquisition. Red dots on top of a rail are not as much of an issue if they are oversized. It would also work on a rifle or an SBR, but if you were using it on a AR you would need to get a riser to allow you to align with your cheek weld.I don’t know how durability wise this thing will go but for now it works great and the price is a real bargain. Couldn’t find any warranty information so that could be an issue. One of the things I like about namebrand optics is there excellent warranties. But I will keep this review updated and let you know how it performs going along.

Not bright enough.
In natural outdoor sunlight, you can barely see the reticle. When it's on a white background it completely dissapeared. Switched out batteries. No change. Maybe good enough for indoor ranges, but not outside in daylight.

large optic
The Zantitium Pro optic is a pretty large optic so I think its actually a good fit for my light weight rifle build. The motion activation is really important for this build because its a rifle that I want to be able to deploy quickly so I don't want to have to turn anything on and I want to make sure that the batteries are still good and the dot comes on. So far I haven't had to change any batteries but the 20000 hour life plus auto on/off should be more than enough for an annual battery change. The circle dot is a preferable reticle for the rifle so I'm happy to have that option.

Big optic, better fitment for a PCC
Pros:- Decent build quality for light duty and training use- Big glass, really big, a con for pistols, but great for PCCs- Picatinny mounting adapter included- Dot is perfect for targets, the outer ring is smaller than other brands but great for quick acquisition- Shake awake so far works great- $120 price is reasonable but you could save for a higher-quality unitCons:- Mounting footprint has way more slop than I would like on the interface, especially when both are from the same manufacturer and in the same box.- Buttons are momentary hold to turn on, I'd like instant on but the shake awake feature works well so far- Really big but great on PCC as I have mounted- Straight screwdriver slot adjustments, and non-click- Locking screws are necessary?!? - well note the location because it's no problem as I have mounted it on a Picatinny rail, but if you have it mounted on an optics cut in front of rear sights, just realize you'll not have access to it.Overall, I like this so far for training or fun but personally, I'm more inclined to save for a higher-quality optic. I'll give it a good pounding at the range and will update this review after more use.
