Terrible product
This is a terrible product. Used it today to tenderise mutton meant for Mutton Biryani. I put one and a half table spoon of this useless powder to tenderise 750 gms of goat meat. After one hour and twenty mins of dum cooking, the meat was hard as raw. Don't ever buy this product. Complete waste of money and your mood.
