Excellent customer service
We bought the tablet in February 2024, and the touchscreen recently stopped responding.I contacted Pritom support, and I got an immediate response from Peter. After a few email exchanges, we got a replacement two days ago, and the issue was successfully resolved.Thank you, Peter, for your excellent support and timely assistance.

Not good at all. Numbingly slow and doesn't stay connected to wifi.
The tablet is so slow that we thought we would be able to get used to it since we needed a kitchen recipe book and just needed to load recipes once in a while. But it is so slow that it takes literally 30 seconds to turn on wifi after in automatically turns the wifi off for you as if that were something I wanted it to do. do NOT buy this. I just needed it to syncronize my recipes online. It can't even do that.

Works for what I need
Tablet battery doesn't last very long - have to keep it running on charger. Other than that - it works well for my needs - as a notebook for songbook.

It's okay for what it's worth
I bought this to use with my PC gaming set up. It's okay. Charges slowly when using it while plugged in. Not quick but its okay for my needs. Would not recommend for daily use.

This tablet made a wonderful Christmas gift for my Grandson. The quality is great and he is able to download his favorite games. He is one happy child.

Perfect for reading!
I am affirming this tablet to be a 5-star device based upon the price point and my intended purpose in mind. My grandmother is 80 years young, and loves to read a bit more than working in the yard. Only problem is that she has read all the books available at the library in her preferred genre. So I ordered this, giving her access to an endless amount of books ,in hopes of keeping her out of the yard. She loves it. Set up was a breeze and accomplished in less than 5 mins. Pages load as quickly as she turns them. I had read reviews stating the screen sensitivity was an issue. I ordered her a stylus to prevent unnecessary rough tapping with her arthritic fingers. She hasn’t encountered a problem or hesitation with its touch capabilities. I also put a micro SD card (TF card) in the tablet so hopefully storage and speed wouldn’t pose a problem. So far so good. Words are crisp and clear and visible for her after adjusting some settings. Only offers very little adjustment options. I couldn’t be happier with this product. I don’t have to worry about her getting out in the yard and getting hurt before I get there to do her yard work. She is a pistol. I can’t imagine what folks were actually expecting to do with this device at the current price point. Yes, there are some misleading advertising, but if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. This android is worth every penny of its price and then some. Buy a different case. What can you expect with a free case?
