*update*I contacted customer service and they said they will send me a replacement! I wasn’t expecting that at all but I’m so grateful and impressed with their prompt reply and efforts to make things right!I just got this in the mail an hour ago. I took a picture to show my daughter. My phone hit it and it fell on the floor and broke on the end, right where the ridges start. I’m so bummed! I didn’t even get to try it. It’s still useable but not comfortable in my hand with the sharp, broken end. Disappointed that it broke so easily! Hooks drop on the floor often.

One thing I need to say I love these hooks. Streamline specially. They are beautiful and easy to handle. Love to crochet with these hooks.

I find these hooks, extremely comfortable to use, I also find that they are extremely similar to the furls hooks which are more than double the price and honestly break just as easily as these Ommi hooks do. The hook is made of a resin, so if dropped on a hard floor, of course, it is going to break! My one Furls hook fell onto the tiles about 3 weeks after I had splurged on it, and broke into 3 pieces… 😢.I love the ease of these hooks as they glide through most of the different yarns that I use and the end of the hook is pointed enough on most sizes that I have, to go through tighter chains.The only thing that I don’t like, as I am always attracted by the colors of the hooks that are advertised, is that none of the hooks I have received to date have been any way close to the colors represented in the photographs on Amazon . I am a very visual person and the color aspect is quite annoying to me, but I still love these hooks and think they are a great option if you cannot afford the Furls hooks.

I’ve had this hook for a little over a month and the hook snapped in the middle of the project. I wasn’t pulling the yarn too hard but it snapped in the middle of my project

Have gotten two different sized and the look great, but one of them snapped after a week of use.

I bought this brand to compare to Furls hooks, which I found to be very similar. I love furls hook but not the price. Just wished this brand had more colors available. Resin hooks do squeak sometimes but not always, that’s the nature of resin hooks but the yarn glades so effortlessly. These are straight line hooks (Susan bates) which I love, it takes getting use to but I also use clover hooks just depends what I’m crocheting.
