PetSafe Busy Buddy Chuckle, Interactive Treat Dispensing Dog Toy, Chew Toy with Engaging Noise, purple

Bought this toy two years ago and in that time I’ve probably bought over 20 different toys and this is the BEST one so thought I’d write a review. It’s durable (no damage to it over the two years) but also soft so you can throw it around the house. It has two hollow spaces that you fill with treats, perfect in a way so that my dog has to work to get the treats without the treats just falling out as the inside has these rubber prongs. My dog has had this toy since he was a puppy and he still loves it, trying to get the treats out and he throws it around himself almost like a game where a treat may pop out of the toy now and again. I really really recommend getting this toy especially if you have a puppy as it’s good brain stimulation for them as well.

Absolutely brilliant and a great price! My dog destroys all his toys (even the 'indestructable' ones) He has this, stuffed with various treats, every time I leave him for a few hours....he is thoroughly entertained and the toy looks like brand new even though he chews it! It is a good size and has the bonus of making noises when he throws it, to keep him interested even after the treats have been eaten. Already recommended to a few friends with heavy chewing dogs

I have a ferocious chewer and this has lasted a few months for her. To be honest, it is mostly used as a chew toy, and not a treat dispenser. It still makes noise, it is very heavy duty and bouncy. My only comment would be the treat aspect is a bit difficult, small treats fall out and bigger treats kind of get stuck since it has a floppy inside. I would recommend it for anyone who has a dog who destroys chewies on the regular, this has lasted her months compared to her usual few weeks. Great dog toy.

The toy stinks like burned tyres, really really really bad, it's a stink that I could feel on my tongue, worse than when one of the dogs dug up a expired rat and left it on the patio. It made the other things in the parcel stink, the box stinks, the toy went straight into the bin and now the bin stinks. To put this in context the rat stink was so bad I paid and emergency plumber £100 cash to come bag it up, in four bin bags then in the bin it. The stink of this toy is worse. I had to wash my hands with antiseptic soap and hot water several times and rinse my mouth out with warm water. The toy does not come in a plastic bag so where ever they are stored in the must stink.The thing is I bought a toy of the same design of toy from Petsafe here on Amazon back in 2017 and the dogs loved it and other designs. Maybe the one that got delivered to my house today was old stock, the thing that was once intended as a toy is now expired too stinky to parcel up and return.I wish I had read the reviews here before I brought it into my house because back last year Michelle said it STANK.STINK STINKY STINKING I may need counselling and a new tongue.

The only toy my Jack Russell never destroyed. Now our miniature poodle’s favourite too. As he’s loosing is sight, this toy is his favourite. He can sniff out the treats, toss it about & hear it, as his games are limited this still provides hours of stimulation.

Had to throw it away. I unpacked it and it smelt of a chemical. I must have put my fingers near my mouth straight after touching it and the taste was disgusting. Took a few washes to get it off my hands. Binned it straight away.

I think this is a great idea. It is very strong and is an interesting toy even if there are no treats inside it, which is not the case with most treat toys. Unfortunately, the smell from the rubber is awful, so much so that my husband has binned it, much to the disgust of Max who was enjoying chewing on it.
