Briers Lined Hide Gloves, White, Large

I have a small holding with hens, sheep, horse as well as feral cats, so I am using my hands a lot for outdoor and quite mucky jobs. I am also a holistic therapist, so I need to really protect my hands to make sure they stay in good shape for the various therapies I give. These gloves are GREAT and do just what I need them to do. They are soft, keep my hands warm and protect them from cuts, scrapes and muck. And they are long lasting too. Have used this brand for years and wouldn't use any other.

You probably thought there was no such thing as a thorn-proof glove, right? Wrong. These are it - or as near as you'll get and still be able to actually flex your fingers and hold your secateurs. These are fantastic gloves. Soft as a baby's proverbial, flexible and you can really tear into brambles without the agonising pain of a thousand nasty prickles :)

Extremely comfortable and as they are lined, quite good for use when it's cold. I have small hands, so went for the medium size, which fit okay.One downside is that the exterior is also quite soft, so I managed to completely destroy my first pair of gloves trying to pull up some brambles. They're fine for other heavy duty work though, so just avoid anything that might snag and tear them.

Best to waterproof by rubbing oil into gloves before first use. Fit is good and finish is also good though make sure to check your new gloves for small nicks on the fingers which my be holes (had this twice). Leather is very soft and so quite tender but will stand fair amount of abuse.

This is the second pair that I have bought, the others having a couple of holes after 2 years of hard wear.They are very comfortable and hard wearing. They dry well if they get wet. They fit well, with no seam lumps to be found in other gloves sometimes.They are simply the best general purpose glove that I can find in the UK. I bought a pair for my hard working assistant!

These are a my third pair in 5 years. They are excellent quality and very hard wearing. I use them for all my gardening jobs both at home and work..Although not totally thorn proof they do provide a great deal of protection. The only drawback I have found is that they are not waterproof,Very comfortable to wear and as they are lined they keep your hands warm in winter but not hot and sticky in summer.You can also feel what you are handling. Used now for 4 years as Santa gloves excellent

These are fantastic gloves. They are fleece lined which means they are warm and feel nice to put on. They are bramble gloves, I can pull them and move them without the brambles hurting me. The leather is soft and plyable so I can still feel everything really well through them. I absolutely love these gloves. I think I’ve bought over 10 pairs so far !!! I use them hard and only get rid of them when a hole appears.
