Sturdy stands. Easy to build
I'm not so fussed by the space these stands take up on the desk (using 2 for my 28" monitors) but they are very sturdy, and if you are one who does not want to use those other type of stands that clamp on the edge of your desk and risk teetering over given the weight of large monitors, then let gravity do its job and let the monitors sit on the stands which do a great job. There's space underneath them for hiding cables or whatever you want to put there.

It does the trick, and can store paper (and other stuff) underneath.
Although this is the premium version, it's not too different to the basic version. On the plus side, it's more than adequate for a 27 inch monitor, and the height is adjustable.I do think whoever wrote the manual for this is some kind of paper obsessed freak though as it's constantly referenced that the bottom of the unit can be used to store paper. The plus side of this is that the bottom can be used to store any old random crap you have, it's not just for paper! And to be fair, you could stick a ream of paper under the non-premium version too. The base plate at the bottom does add some additional stability, but isn't necessary for most people TBH.

Ok, cheap & cheerful, does the job for now
For the price it's as good as expected, just surprised that the runners for the shelves for the next model up are their, I don't think it really would of cost Fellowes that much to put a shelve in the box, & glad I didn't spend all the extra money for the same stand with just a shelve in it.But moan aside, it does the job for now, until I find something that catches my eye.But a huge plus is that it holds the weight of my top of the range, full size 2015 iMac no problem, not a creak ofWobble.

Happy for the money
For the modest price I am perfectly happy with this. As you can see from the picture, the legs are made up of a short piece and a long piece, giving you options of 10cm (max), 7cm and 3 cm in height plus, I suppose, 2 cm if you used no legs. Ideally, I would have found an extra short section for each leg to be useful to provide a maximum of 13cm plus several more combinations but nevertheless from what I could find available after spending some time trawling the net I think I have made a good choice.

80s Styling and Colour
This is a sturdy and well made stand that raises the monitor up without causing it to be unsteady. However, it is a real pity that the design and colour scheme doesn't seem to be have been updated since the 80's. Firstly, the stand in unnecessarily deep for modern flat screen units and reflects more an old CRT size / shape (including being able to support substantial weights). Secondly, the colour (platinum) shown in the picture is not accurate. The picture shows the unit to be light grey with black legs, it is in fact beige (old style monitor's colour) with dark grey legs.It is a pity that Fellowes hasn't updated its product to reflect modern technology and styling (no black or silver stand available), as generally the stand works well. If you don't mind something on the desk looking outdated and bulky then it is fine.

Teeny Tiny Complaint
I wanted this to stand a docking station / laptop on as I've got 2 x 22" monitors and, as they have short cables, I ended up with a 4 gang socket and rats nest of cables in my desk corner that I didn't really want to drop down the back as it would have meant setting the desk further off the wall.So this has nicely stood over the "mess" and is holding the docking station. Size is perfect. One teeny complaint about the design is the feet only slot loosely into the holes in the plastic square. Great...until you turn it over. You have no idea how many times one of them fell out while i was trying to get everything shuffled into position....design improvement would be to have them clicking or screwing into place. But, other than that, well pleased.

Sturdy but missing part
I have one of these at work. Its good, raises my screen off the desk. I had bought this one for home, but was missing the rubber feet, which you really need in a busy house
