The light on the adaptor now blinks, indicating a loss of power supply. 😟This unexpected issue has rendered the heating pad useless, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Considering the product's price point at 299/-, I expected a longer lifespan and more reliable performance. The subpar quality of the adaptor cable is a significant letdown, impacting the overall functionality of the hot water bag. 😞While the heating pad itself was effective during its functional period, the lack of durability and the adaptor's premature failure significantly overshadow its positive aspects. I hope Careforce takes note of these quality concerns to enhance the longevity and reliability of their products in the future. 😔

The quality of bag very good, value, comfort and heat resistance of the electric heating pad. That it's very useful, worth the price and that the soft cover is a bonus. PSA: THIS IS NOT A GEL BASED BAG YOU'VE TO ADD WATERI ordered this thinking it was gel heat bag which can be used directly but turns out it was not. You've to add water to make then onlyi it works. Since it was not returnable, I have to use it. A little Hassel but overall product is good

I brought this product. It was working for 2-3 day initially later this was not heating the water. I charged this bag beyond 15 minutes still not heating the water. Then I returned this and brought the same. Same issue is happening again. Very poor manufacturing of this product.

The media could not be loaded. As per price very good purchase You can buy it with cover or use it with some homemade cover don't use if it's too hot it's can give burn on the skin at a times even with thin covers use it with thicker cover or layers with three folds thn its good to go 💯
