I am so in love with my new MacBook Pro! The overall laptop seems to be in perfect physical condition and the functionality of the MacBook itself is phenomenal. I love the way the keyboard feels and that it lights up, it’s very convenient to use later at night while laying in bed and doing a little Amazon shopping, so I can see where my keys are lol. The battery life has been lasting for hours and has honestly shocked me because I’ve never had a laptop that holds the charge for as long as this one. It is so easy to quickly switch between programs and I absolutely love that I can pull up my actual phone and see everything on it from my laptop now! There seems to be no lagging in any way and I definitely feel like I got a wonderful deal for the price that I paid for this 2022 MacBook Pro! Stop questioning things and GO BUY THIS NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE! You won’t regret it!!

I bought this to replace my 6-year-old MacBook Pro, which had seen some pretty heavy use over the years for both work and personal tasks. That machine held up well, with solid battery life and overall great performance, but naturally, things started to wear down with time.I decided to stick with what I know and love—another MacBook Pro, this time with the Touch Bar. I know the Touch Bar isn't for everyone, but I actually really enjoy its versatility. With apps like BetterTouchTool, you can customize it with useful buttons, clocks, emojis, and other quick-access controls that genuinely enhance productivity.The built-in M1 chip paired with 8GB of RAM has been more than enough for everything I do, from work-related tasks to personal use. It runs incredibly smoothly and, unlike some of my older Macs, this one stays cool no matter what I'm doing—even when multitasking or running heavier applications.Overall, this new MacBook has been a reliable upgrade and a worthy successor to my previous machine.

The seller is extraordinary. I got a unit with 100% battery. Saved me some 400$. Still using it without any problem.

I understand this is a refurbished item. So I wasn’t bothered by the small scuffs and scratches that came with the product. (That’s to be expected) However, as soon as I started using the keyboard, the cap locks button popped off. (Other keys seemed loose as well)I contacted Amazon who told me I needed to contact the seller directly since it was third party. They responded very quickly with a response. We had a small back and forth trying to diagnose the problem but, once I sent a photo over with the issue, they stopped responding to me.I understand it is refurbished, and that the key isn’t an issue preventing me from using the laptop, but I still paid a good amount of money for it. I expect it to at least show up with everything together. I also didn’t appreciate customer service just ignoring me once the problem was presented. Not sure of what other issues may be lying in wait down the line. Given how awful my experience was with customer service, I’m sending this back and just buying a new one for slightly more so as to not have to deal with future headaches with possibly no customer service to help.
