I used this for about a week, taking one every morning and I saw a much more brighter glow on my face. I struggle with PCOS and hyper pigmentation and it was a nice glow which evened out my face. I'm already natural pale so I don't think it necessarily whitened my skin. I did though had very bad acne breakouts; as the moment I stopped taking them my skin calmed down. I don't think I'll buy this again personally but maybe it just wasn't made for me.
