I recently had to change my way of eating radically owing to a health scare, which included keeping an accurate diary of everything I consume to finely tune macronutrients. Eating at work, away from home became a serious challenge, but these scales are a game changer.Upon receipt, I checked them against the fancy scales at home, and they were fairly consistent. I took them to work - in my handbag no less - and slipped them into my desk drawer. They hardly take up any space.The best feature is being able to add ingredients, weigh and record them, zero the scale and add further ingredients. There is no need to weigh each item individually, empty the container, etc. and weighing the next item. This makes it so much easier to ensure macronutrients are finely balanced in accordance with targets.Probably the handiest kitchen gadget I'll every own.

Needed scales for weighing out cat food, and for just general kitchen weighing. Works great as one would expect and easy to use. Fits neatly in our small drawers too which was the main reason to get these instead of traditional or the flat style of scales as I have a small kitchen without a lot of space. Good value for money.

This are great, compact and easy to use.Whatever you are weighing needs to be flat to sit properly on the scales but it's a fantastic product.You just fold it up and put it in a drawer.The battery is easy to replace also. They can be bought from your local supermarket.If its just for occasional use these scales are perfect. I guess if you do a lot of baking you might prefer to use a more substantial set of scales but these are perfect for what I need them fir

Once I discovered those compact scales I don't need to use anything else in the kitchen. They are small enough to go into the cutlery draw, only need a very compact space. You can balance any bowl or even small cup on its cross section, so no need to find the space for another bulky equipment. The scales are detailed enough for me to use them for bread making and other kitchen tasks that require precision. I had this particular lot for a year and since got few more for family and friends. The price is very democratic, and choice of colours make it irresistible for any kitchen-proud cook! - what's there not to like!

I think this is the most disappointing from Amazon I did read the comments but I thought I’d try this for myself as I love the fact a portable it would be.Less than a week the little white proper underneath which helps keep the scales balance popped off disappeared wouldn’t even bother wasting my money on it and the axion it is absolutely diabolical each time you put a product in it doesn’t read it and when it does you put it back on the scale is a different number every time they need to sort this product out.Such a shame I love the fact how portable it is love the colour and how accessible it would be to put in my bag to take to work to take on holiday I will shame sadly I would not recommend this product

love, love, love these scales - so compact and easy to use - great little addition to my kitchen - no more getting out the heavy scales and pan and weighing each ingredient at a time - place your bowl on these and press the button between each ingredient back to zero - one bowl clean up - brilliant

It's great, in that it's compact, seems accurate, and does what I need. Until the battery goes "Lo" and this is with batteries that I've used a couple of dozen times. The battery that came with it did the same, and I just assumed it was a rubbish generic battery that arrived mostly uncharged. The replacement does the same. So either the batteries are both defective, the device thinks they are "low" when they are not or the device is faulty and drains the battery. I suspect the second, as my multimeter says the 3V battery is putting out 2.99V. So it's a design fault?
