The quality was disappointing and that the internal pockets were not user friendly

Poor quality locksArrived with broken catch and numbers for combination damaged and unreadable !For £45 expected a lot more quality !It did not help that Amazon sends item now in brown psper sacks, now every chance of items like this case being damaged in transit !Very unhappy customerNow got to find a box to send it back also as advised to by amazon [even though it came in paper sack]Trip to post office as no collection option and wait for a refund

This briefcase was just what I wanted,, well made and definitely good value, and delivered in quick time.

Inner and outer are very nice but if using it for work daily the locks look very week and cheap, as using in the house for documents then yes perfect,
