I have gone through 3 different voice amplifiers in the hopes to find something that could work with a Darth Vader cosplay that didn't involve me getting a degree in IT or taking up the hobby of soldering. I've been using this for over a year, and it completely saves my voice!! I teach Kindermusik and I sing for several hours at a time. I can control the volume and I don't need an external speaker. It felt clunky around my neck because I do a lot--and I mean a lot-- of movement---hop, skip, jump, roll, circle dances, hoop play, music and movement--- so I wear it clipped to my pants and use a cute scrunchy with my t-shirt so it doesn't come loose. I have dropped it a few times on carpet and it's still amazing. The charge lasts perfectly. The only "complaint" is the fuzzy little cover to the headset sometimes comes off but that's petty. It fits my needs perfectly, and I use it every time I teach!!

This amplifier works great! However, after using it in my classroom for about 6 weeks, the Bluetooth link stopped working. I am disappointed that it cannot be returned.

I was really excited when I ordered this product. As a teacher, I begin looking for items to enhance my teaching over the summer. So, I did not use this until two months later. It stopped working in less than a month. I thought, ok no problem, still under warranty. Wrong! Contacted the seller, promised a replacement, it arrived used, dirty, and covered in cat hair. Contacted them again, they apologized, promised another, it never came. Bottom line... don't waste your money or time!

I teach 7th and 8th grade, and although they are wonderful, my room gets LOUD!!! I also struggle with a soft/weak voice so I can't sustain yelling or straining my voice for very long. This microphone has completely changed the game for me!Pros: 1. Easy to set up and use - you can put the speaker anywhere in the room while you utilize the microphone. I typically have to charge it after about 4 hours of consistent use, but it works because it just charges during lunch in the middle of the day and I'm good to go.2. Saves my voice and my sanity! The microphone grabs students' attention easily and I don't have to strain my voice to do so. My classes are more engaged and can obviously just hear better no matter where they are in the room.3. My students LOVE to use the microphone. This was the most surprising outcome - my students literally fight over getting to participate so that they can use the microphone. The student engagement is the biggest reward for me.Cons:1. There is the slightest delay when speaking into microphone and the sound coming out of the speaker. It is very subtle, but for the kids sitting really close to me they said they can hear my actual speaking voice and then the speaker voice slightly echoing which can be annoying at times for them. After a week of use, I didn't notice that at all anymore for me personally.2. If you turn on the microphone while too close to the speaker, it will create a VERY harsh feedback sound which in a school setting can be quite disruptive.Overall, I really recommend trying this out if you are looking for a fresh start in your classroom and want to save your voice and increase student focus and engagement.
