Q: Are they all expired ?

I am not sure what you mean by "expired" but the product I bought had a about 1 year expiration date on it, so I had a year to use it before it expired.

Q: Is there any dairy in this shake?

Yes. The first ingredient is skimmed milk. The "shakes" do not need refrigeration till after opening.

the cans did have an expiration date, but I forgot what the date was. Sorry

I don't know about the expiration date. I don't like the new container. I preferred the nutrament from years ago. I used to live on it.
