I didn't think this would get as much use as it has done! It's fab, and so handy to have around.Band in elastic and adjustable (comfy to be honest) the lamp itself? grand with the added option of the tilt, again, very useful.The beam on both high or low is excellent, and really lights up a large area. Really nice and light to wear which is important.Good all round purchase and a reliable make too - pleased as punch.

This is really a great little torch and has all sorts of uses, its bright with a long battery life. I use the red leds to illuminate pro audio mixers and equipment for stage use as it remains unobtrusive, then switch to bright white when packing up and loading the vehicle. I suppose another use would be in a dark room. Because it has a stable flat base and the leds can be rotated from vertical to over 90 degrees down, its great for use on the bench, floor or even car engine to light up awkward areas when you need both hands free. It now has detent positioning so whatever angle you set it to it stays there perfectly stable. As its so light and compact it fits easily in a coat pocket, so when out walking at night it comes in useful thru overgrown footpaths and avoiding rabbit holes and duck mess in the park! It has a narrow, wide or both dispersion on white so thats very useful at night whereas the Energizer HI-Tech torch has a sharp circle of light so you see little outside the beam so have to keep moving it back & forth, this torch is far more useable. I suppose you could even use it as a head torch for a bike light, but its far more useful than that!

It's very bright, has two levels of brightness (not very different from one another). It's apparently waterproof but I haven't tried it yet.My main negative feeling is that it's rather heavy, with its three AAA batteries, and is quite large. I also don't know why it's got three LEDs, as all of them are used whenever it's on. Compared with some others on the market it's a bit bulky, and I wonder how strong it would be if one dropped it or dropped something on to it. It's doing a good job in my cellar, but I would tend to use a tougher-seeming one outside.Value for money was good.

Two settings - bright light and low light (three LED diodes), with a stretchy, comfortable headband and easy to press button on the top. You can also tilt the torch to suit. Perfect light coverage up to 10-15 metres at least. The only negative I found was that the headband kept slipping down (even though there is an adjustment feature on the band to tighten). Would be great to have a band over the top so as to prevent this. Can highly recommend, however, for the price.

Over the years, I have bought numerous headlights from numerous manufacturers, both for pleasure and work usage.I now stick to two manufacturers, one for price, the other for compatibility. I use Energizer for price which, for the build quality and functionality is brilliant!This is the first time I have bought the 200lms version. I bought them specifically for me to take to Africa. In Africa I use them a lot due to there not being many working street lights, and just walking down the road can be a trip hazard challenge.I chose the 200lm version because of the lack of any other lighting to interfere with the cast of light, plus, for the most, I wouldn't be doing any intricate close up work (for my particular needs, I usually get the 350lms torch).When these arrived I tried one out (I bought three this time so I could gift them to others) and was more than surprised at just how bright it is!These lights only have two settings, high and low and of course 'off'. The low setting is more than adequate for most of the activities I will be getting up to but the high setting will definitely come in handy.I believe that for the price, you will be hard pressed to buy anything better than these, just keep in mind that these are not waterproof so their use should be limited to dry locations. 5/5 👍

There are apparently very impressive headlamps out there. But given the price of this one, I am very happy with it. I have only every owned Energizer headlamps, this is the third or fourth one I have bought. So far they haven't failed.

This is so good that I bought a 2nd one. Comfortable to wear. Not too heavy. Small for storage. 2 settings of bright and not so bright but both settings work well. Can also angle it to your need. Easy to turn on and off. Really handy for camping, working on vehicles and odd jobs in the dark. The batteries seem to last forever.

Very impressed. Wanted a head lamp for a while but when deciding to buy a camping lamp for possible power cuts later in the year I decided this could also be useful. I have an area of storage under my eaves that has an electric light that is very ineffective and this is where the headlamp is most useful to me. The illumination was brilliant, I could see much further and with the bonus of my hands being free. Would also be great in a loft. I’m keeping it by the bed so if the lights go out it’s to hand. Can’t comment on battery life or working out ! Delivery was good and I had opted for less packaging with 2 items and this worked out well.
