Nice Product..but for elderly old girl like me, bit difficult to use
I was happy with this product after initial 1st use.Due to my age and balance issues, I could no longer safely use my main oven (kept head butting or falling in to it) this halogen oven is great..I’ve used although still learning, with a good results.Then as a small old women, I found it quite hard to remove the food safely without burning arm on the sides..One thing to watch out for, please watch the glass bowl really does get very hot, and ensure the cable from the lid, isn’t touching anything, I can see that burning, it was difficult to put the lead somewhere without touching the oven, very hot.The booklet thing that came with it wasn’t really much help, gives the basic info, so I spent quite a while, reading up, googling, try to find lots of info. Maybe a better information booklet and or little receipt book.It cooked a small chicken breast well, but it was difficult to get it out for me. I couldn’t get the food out safely.Seller 100% brilliant and understood, I’m too old to work this,..maybe a front loader air fryer type thing would suit best

Great value for a very efficient oven
This oven is vety efficient and easy to use.It is much lighter weight than my previous one which broke. It has a great capacity, especially with the extension ringI use this more than my conventional oven, and can highly recommend it

GOOD PRODUCT COOKS WELL
THIS PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD,EASY TO COOK AFTER SAY 18-24 MONTHS THE LID OR LAMP WILL GO BUT ITS CHEAP DOES THE JOB COOKS WELL

Excellent product
I've had several of these halogen ovens in the past, but not all are created equal.This one is excellent. You take it out of the box, give it a wee clean and its ready to go. It heats evenly and cooks fast. I'd recommend these over air fryers any day. No nasty Teflon for a start. Huge capacity and easy to clean. Plus this one isn't heavy at all. I'm very happy with this oven and it was a good price too.

Quality product a professional chef rates!
I bought this for my partner who is a professional chef yet is too tired to cook for himself when he gets in! He really rates it so it’s got to be good!

Great product
This was a replacement of the same product. This oven is energy saving and very easy to use. Easy to and cooks meat to mushroom and vegetable holding in their moisture and taste.

Stopped working after 10 minutes
Arrived a day late. Ran fine for 10 minutes, then the fan started to make a rattling noise for around a minute, then the fan stopped. Heating element still working, but the parts of the lid which are meant to be safe to touch felt awfully hot (I've had such ovens for years), possibly dangerous. Anyway, as these work by a combination of heat and air circulation, not fit for purpose. Not thrilled about that, the dinner I'm not going to have, having to repackage it and carry half a mile to the nearest collection point, or the 5-7 days it says it takes to process the refund. Funny that, they managed to accept my money instantaneously
