Wow amazingly sharp
I bought these a couple of months ago. These knives are amazingly sharp and have stayed sharp, perfect for slicing tomatoes/onions etc or using as a steak knife. I have only hand washed them so can’t comment on dishwashing.

Sharp!
Great steak knives, they work! Not dinner party fancy but I didn't buy them for that, I bought them to cut steak well and they do, also can be used for general purpose, cutting veg etc, the handle doesn't have rivets (germ catchers!)And of course they are swiss so should last.

I've been using these for a year now and they still have a very keen edge on them, extremely sharp. They've been in and out of the dishwasher in all temperatures and look about as good as they were when I bought them. Good quality and highly recommended.
