I purchased these pans in February of this year; we needed induction compatible pans you could put in the oven and these fit the bill, and I can confirm I have absolutely no regrets these pans have been absolutely fantastic. Based on their performance we have bought more from the same Circulon infinite range (including additional saucepans, frying pans and the chef’s pan).The set contains:1 x 20cm saucepan with lid1 x 18cm saucepan with lid1 x 16cm saucepan with lid1 x 24cm frying pan1 x 20cm frying panThings I like about these pans:- They work on induction which was our main reason for buying them (they also work on every other hob type)- Their heat transference is very even, they rival our Le Creuset pans that we have but these aren’t as heavy, although they do still have a good weight to them (just not as unwieldy as a Le Creuset cast iron pan)- Their non-stick properties are excellent, we’ve not had anything stick yet to either the interior or exterior of these pans (all pans are coated both inside and out with a non-stick coating), I’ve burnt plenty of the sugar in these and it’s always washed off with minimal effort.- You can put them in the oven thanks to their handles being oven proof entirely as made from stainless steel – oven safe up to 240 degrees Celsius.- They hand wash very well and moreover are very easy to clean: ours honestly look as good as the day we bought them but we have never put them through the dishwasher, though they are dishwasher safe it is recommended to hand wash (as it is with any high quality cookware).We have since purchased an additional 18cm and 20cm saucepan from the range as well as a larger frying pan as these really are all we use now when cooking, our poor Le Creuset pans don’t really see the light of day anymore.Since buying this set I have bought more silicone kitchen wear to protect these pans as I am concerned they might scratch, yet to date, even with the occasional metal spoon scraping them out, they have yet to get a mark on them.All in all I am extremely impressed. The 5 pan set represents fantastic value and is a good all-round set in terms of the size combinations. No criticisms whatsoever, if you enjoy cooking these pans will be a welcome addition to your kitchen.

Great set of pans. We find them so easy to clean and they look very smart. They are a little on the heavy side, but probably won't bother many people, it's only our arthritis which makes them a bit awkward sometimes. But they are really solid, well made pans of good quality. They are nice and deep too which is good as some pans can hold the same amount but be wider and shallower and are easy to boil over, but not these as long as you are careful. Having a solid lid does prevent you seeing things coming to the boil and they don't have a vent either, so things can boil over (especially with induction hobs as they are so quick) but you can cook on a lower setting and things cook a lot quicker I find.We did order the wrong set at first, so beware, this set DOES work on Induction hobs, the word Infinite in the title makes this set ok for induction, but it can be confusing as to which set works on which type of hob, so buyer beware and read the summary carefully.They arrived on time and well packed so a good buy indeed, very pleased.

These are absolutely excellent. Having used various Analon types for ten years or more, I thought I knew what a nice set of pans are like but the Circulon ones are so much better that the Analon are quite awful in comparison. The weight, balance and style is well judged. The lids fit perfectly - where the Analon pans leaked, these do not - and don't get too hot to hold. I don't miss the see-through glass lids at all, why would you if they fit properly and don't boil over? Pouring is simple, left or right handed, with a neat lip all the way round each pan. The quality of the not-stick surface is superb too, again far better than anything else I've tried. The pans also stack more neatly (to a lower height) than the Analon set they're replacing. Because they hold the heat so well and evenly, you really can cook at a slightly lower temperature than with other cheaper alternatives - my cooking results have improved and there's fewer splashes and mess to clean up afterwards. These are genuinely worth every penny and I only wish I'd bought them years ago.Update after 4 months of regular use: still found absolutely no flaws with these at all, very happy with the purchase.

Circulon are well known for their high quality and this set lives up to that expectation. The pans are weighty and do not slip or slide on a gas hob. Heat distribution is even and consistent and little oil really is needed to cook well. The non-stick element of it performs well and they are easy to clean by hand which saves on their lifespan. They are however fine to go in the dishwasher and come up well if you need deeper cleaning. For storage they stack well, and I tend to use a sheet of kitchen towel placed inside the pot to further protect the cooking surface. The handles are rugged and easy to grip, though they do heat up after a while, being all metal and no silicon. The lids are solid stainless steel and while I do miss being able to see inside the pan like with glass lids, it's not real hassle to lift it up. The benefit with this set seems to be that it is oven safe up to around 500º. All in, this is a sturdy set of cookware that looked after, will last years. And if it doesn't, there's always the lifetime guarantee.
