The entry on amazon says heat proof to 240C. I don't think I'll be trying them in the oven at that heat though.

Q: Can these be used in a microwave?

Yes, I use them in the microwave all the time. They are excellent. I have put some hooks on the wall to hang them on so that they are always within easy reach. I often use them as lids on containers in the fridge but have never used them in a conventional oven.

You can use it like a traditional pot lid. You can cook something on the pot. They are heat & frost resistant from 464°F/240°C to -104°F/-40°C.

Q: Are these good to use for steamed pudding in a pressure cooker?

Not for using as a lid. I use them to finish rice but turn the heat off. They make a seal but I imagine would pop off under any pressure. Also I'd worry about the safety as a huge cloud of steam does come out when you take the lid off. Always open away from your face. They might work as a trivet under your bowl though?
