114mm Silver Dual Flush Toilet Water Tank Push Buttons Rods

I tried a different product with green & black rods. This did not work for me. This product fitted the cistern aperture perfectly. The rods can be adjusted by screwing them in to the top and locking with the nuts provided. The rods will be too long initially. I had to cut about an inch off with a hacksaw. The rods are plastic and easily cut. The final result looks perfect and works well. If water continues to run after the flush, the rods are pressing down on the mechanism and need to be shortened. This product is more robust than the alternative that I tried. I recommend it.

This universal flush adaptor is so easy to fit, it only took a couple of minutes to get the thing fitted and the loo flushing properly again.I like the fact that the flush fits to the lid of the water tank so you can just lift it off without having to fiddle with the mechanism, so adding Bloo Loo is really easy now.I will be ordering another one for the downstairs loo, as the old one is starting to stick a bit

I can't complain for the price. It was easy to fit. I just had to saw off the ends of the rods and screw them in to the right height, and that was it. The top of the larger of the two buttons initially kept popping off so I glued it on and now it works just fine. It's not a high quality item but I think this is reflected in the price. Now it's in place it works very well.

The positive - This fits easily and works. It is cheap and arrived the next day.The negative - The 'chrome' plastic has tiny bubbles in areas. The diameter of the 'chrome' outside part is not a good fit (it is slightly smaller than the standard hole in the lid). There is no inside lid seal as comes as starter with most replacement units. There are no instructions (maybe not needed for most as the installation is easy, but for novices possibly).

Great product, fit on first attempt.I used the shafts from my current flusher, as it was the button mechanism that broke, and saved the new shafts that came with it.I’ll be honest, initially... seeing the button in the packet, I was thinking it looked a bit cheap... but once fitted those thoughts disappeared.I have been using it for about a month now, and it works like a dream.

Arrived and button wouldn't even push down, spring was extending out beyond the bottom of the mechanism. It was an amazon warehouse purchase but was described as like new. As I'm in Ireland it was expensive and hassle to return, as I had to pay expensive postage and will have to seek a refund down the line. I had bought it cos it was a little more expensive than the other similar models listed, thinking quality would be better. Bad mistake.

I bought similar product from a bathroom manufacturer but kept getting the wrong one.This was less than half the price, easy to install and works the same
