CLASP DOES NOT CLOSE ON BRACELET
Tried to return but am not able too due to amazon saying this isnt possible. Tried to contact seller. Item doesnt even stay on as the clasp wont stay closed. Really cheap quality. Just want a refund but cant even get that. Really poor service.

I ordered the beautiful heart bracelet for myself. The bracelet that arrived isn't even offered as an option to buy. It's a nice men's bracelet. Returning items is a pain so I gave the bracelet to my husband.
