Aloha,This product is very fresh and good . The best I have ever had. The flower is so soft and moist in side a tight sealed bag to keep in refrigerator for storing. After preparing this flower in hot boiled water the taste is pure and becomes a refreshing sweet drink after I add a cup of organic cane sugar into it , mix, and refrigerate. A refreshing drink over ice with a lime twist.

I just got my bag today and brewed some tea right away. I am very happy with the leaves. I have tried several different brands of dried jamaica and this one by far is the best. The flowers are nice and clear of dust/debris, they still have some softness to them and are not crunchy. The flavor is nice and strong and tastes amazing, even with using just a few flowers. I am pleasantly surprised and it seems they truly do clean the flowers thoroughly like they say, so I am happy and will gladly recommend it.

I don't know how they managed to keep this hibiscus soft, but it is soft and supple. I was a little bit worried when I got the package. It had been in the hot sun in the mailbox for a while, and there was a little bit of condensation on the inside of the package. But when I opened it, the flowers did not feel moist and did not have any mold on them. I put some paper towel in the package and I keep it in the refrigerator, just in case. You need very little of this to make a good, strong tea. I think this was a good value for the money. Next time I purchase hibiscus, I think I will go back to the dry stuff because that's what I'm accustomed to. But this is good .

This is my first purchase of this brand, and I’m really pleased with its quality. After steeping, there’s hardly any “soot” left, and the flowers are soft and fragrant. I’ll definitely be buying it again.
