No it doesn't have any guy loops to peg out. You can sit in it and fold some of the material under you to make it secure. It's only meant for emergency use or a quick shelter if your caught out in a storm.

I would say no, it's 'cosy' with 2-adults and 1-child. You would need the next size up.
