I decided to give it to my daughter to boost her growth., I found this product by chance on Amazon and a month ago.She is fourteen, so besides a healthy diet, regular physical exercise, I wanted to give her a support with this product.has grown an half a inch. so we're hoping this helps him put on some additional height.She is now the same height as both my husband and myself and significantly taller than all of his grandparents. Not sure if it is helping his height yet.
