Best digital watch available
Small, neat and thin. Comfortable strap. Dark black displayed digits - good contrast, easy to view. Keeps good time, easy to adjust to the second. Displays both month and day. Either 12 or 24 hour display. Deals with leap years. All timers, alarms, and other mode displays, well designed and easy to use. Don't take it off to swim - can time laps. Years of battery life. Peak of many years of progressive design. Now practically flawless. Bit more expensive than other models, but worth it.

The only watch you'll ever need.
Had one of these when I was at school, small functional, lightweight and relatively cheap so I bought this to wear everyday at work. My job is manual so my watches take a beating and this has held up very well, apart from scratches on the watch face the rest is as good as new. I've had no issues with the strap, no signs of wear at all.It has dual orange lights either side of the display hence the 'Illuminator', stop watch, countdown timer, alarm and hourly chime. I never have to change the date as the calendar is perpetual and it keeps good time.I purchased this watch in September 2017 and have worn it everyday. If you're tempted - buy it.

Great watch
Lovely watch. I've always had a leather strap with my watches so was a bit apprehensive about resin, but it's soft and comfortable and feels strong. I love the night light as it stays on for 2 seconds unlike my previous Casio digital watch. Great value for money. My only 2 gripes is that the date reads month then day so perhaps this is American made? And the strap needs one more hole as I have very narrow wrists though the size of the face is small so pleased with how that looks. But I always have that strap problem with watches and bracelets so it's not really a specific Casio fault! Great watch.

King of the Casios
Love it - the traditional Casio, but this is the one with the countdown feature. Displays the time in the top right of the screen while in other modes.

Amazing watch for the price

Possible fakes
I have ordered two of these from Amazon, and both arrived with a green LED backlight rather than amber as specced by Casio. I've spoken to Casio themselves who confirm this watch should have an amber backlight but won't confirm whether the watches I have been sent are fake or not unless I send them in to them, which obviously I'm not paying to do... I remain unsure whether these are fakes or not but they definitely do not match the description supplied by Casio.

Retro futuristic
This is the second one I have purchased (although the other one was the b640 - same watch, different strap, double the price), as I gave the other to my wife. It has everything I need, most importantly, a countdown timer. The watch reminds me of the microma watch in Blade runner, the watch that Harrison Ford wears. I just can't fault it. I tried the f91w for a while but I really missed the countdown timer. The strap was weirdly long so cut it down. Just a brilliant little watch, something resembling what the 1980s thought the future would look like.

Good but annoying design flaw.
As many have said, Casio's resin straps are terrible and quickly break but at this cheap price this is a small concern. What matters most is the reliability and functionality of the watch and this is as described. There is a significant flaw in the design however. The button at the top left, which is key in setting the various functions, is too short, sitting almost flush to the watch. No doubt this is intended to prevent accidental depression but the very idea of such a thing happening is too remote for this to be necessary. Indeed, if it were likely, why not have all the buttons designed the same way, particularly the one at the top right which controls the power-hungry night-light. What this design feature *does* do is make it very difficult to depress. Many times I've failed several times and had to resort to carefully using my fingernail to press it. All the other buttons can easily be pressed without looking at them.
