Great quality
Great quality Jamon Serrano. Packaging says it is '50% Iberico', my wife who is Spanish had never heard of 50% Iberico but we both agree it is great. There are $2-300 options on Amazon but for an aficionado this is worth the additional price. We will be buying again. If you are new to Jamon Serrano, start with cheaper and work your way up.

Good flavor, not a lot of meat
Flavor wise it has been good, my family and I have enjoyed it the best we could. That being said, at this price point, this is extremely fatty. A good 80% was just useless fat and bone. We had much higher expectations when we made our purchase. It was fine, but I will be looking to purchase elsewhere in the future for this price.
