This cable gave me a complete picture, whereas the cable I had previously from when I was a kid with my Atari st did not work correctly with my current lcd tv (sound and black screen). This cable worked for me completely. If you still need a picture of the inside, I'm sure I can get one.

Hello Derek, no this cable is only suitable for the Atari ST computer. The TIVO box would require a cable with a smaller 9 pin mini-DIN connection.
