Q: How comfortable are the straps? Would they be comfortable on bare skin, for example when wearing a strappy top in summer?

My wife finds it very comfortable and it seems like a good bag.

No idea but you could ask the supplier directly to find out.

Q: How do i wash this bag?

It should be fine on a 40 degree wash cycle. Put it in a pillow case if you want to protect it. Let it air dry.

Q: How is the durability of this backpack? Is it sturdy and has it lasted regular use?

I have had my rucksack for quite a while. I use it every weekday to work and it still looks as good as new. It seems to be shower proof although I have been lucky enough not to get caught in a downpour. I believe, however, that it would be dry inside during the heaviest rain.
