My new laptop didn’t work
I called Dell and was told that my Customer Service had expired four months earlier. They advised me to return the laptop to the retailer which I did on the day of receipt. I’m hoping they can replace the item.

Great until it breaks
Awesome for about 2 weeks, then the trackpad broke. At least they are sending someone out to fix it, but lets see if that actually works.
